January 12, 2015 (JUBA) – South Sudan's president, Salva Kiir has issued an executive order, sacking his finance minister, Aggrey Tisa Sabuni.
The order announced on Monday on the state-owned South Sudan Television (SSTV) did not cite any reasons for the decision.
However, sources at the ministry of finance and the presidency claimed the decision could be linked to corrupt practices and his alleged ties to companies owned by either officials in the country's rebel faction under the (...)
